NIRD 2020 status, february 2022

We are happy to announce that the purchasing phase has been completed and that a contract with the vendor for NIRD2020 was signed on 31 December 2022.

In cooperation with the storage vendor Move AS, the Data-centre Lefdalmine AS and our NRIS-partners, we are now into the installation phase. We have experienced challenges connected to Covid-19, logistics and the market situation. However, we are happy to inform you that a realistic prognosis is that the new storage solution will be available for researchers in the third quarter of 2022.
