The NIRD2020 project has finished the market exploration phase, and the project members have the understanding that there are relevant vendors and relevant solutions answering to our needs in the market. The project is now working on the tendering documents.
Our preliminary procurement plan is as follows:
Mid-March 2021
Publishing tender documents
End-May 2021
Reception of tenders
End-June 2021
Contract award
Mid-July 2021
Signing of contract
End-October 2021
Site acceptance test
The current situation with Covid-19 and the limitations on travel/cooperation might impact this plan.
