NIRD filesystem unavailable

NIRD is currently experiencing issues with the filesystem on the site in Tromsø.

This affects project areas, home directories, the service platform (Toolkit) and the mount on Fram.
The team is working on the problems.

We're very sorry about the inconvenience.

Update 2020-07-17 14:02 The mount on Fram is up again.

Update 2020-07-15 19:21 The filesystem and service platform, including Toolkit, is up again. The mount on Fram is still unavailable.

Update 2020-07-15 15:05: We currently don't have any new information, though the team is still working on restoring the service.
