As part of the ongoing renovations for the NIRD Research Data Archive, we have conducted a comprehensive review of our archiving services policies and terms.

We are happy to announce the launch of our new website. Our new setup is designed to be more user-friendly and intuitive, ensuring that our visitors can easily find the information they need.

Researchers who need storage and HPC resources may now apply to our call for e-infrastructure resources. The deadline is 1 February 2024.

This allocation will enable extensive simulations and analyses to map out particle physics theories.

The new service will replace our current Research Data Archive, which to date is the largest archive for research data in Norway with almost 1.000 TB of published data.

The project will be implemented in several sprints, focusing on high-priority use cases such as uploading large volumes of data, customising metadata schemas, and data streaming.
